Overview:
This program demystifies writing and helps participants to be more productive, efficient writers. Participants learn how to use writing as a tool for influencing others and creating action. Each person receives in-depth coaching from the consultant about his/her writing strengths and areas of growth. During the program participants write a first draft of a personal writing task they can use back at the office.

Personal Report on Your Writing  

Writing samples are collected before the program. The consultant makes detailed editorial comments on each participant’s samples by pointing out skill strengths and skill areas to work on. The consultant then fills out a Writing Profile for each participant which includes a checklist of 57 skill areas. Each participant receives recommended readings and exercises from the reference book, The Executive Memo.
