Building
Overview:
Participants will learn new tools and techniques for becoming even stronger team members. Each person will complete a Team Building Instrument (C.A.R.E.) that will help them identify their natural roles and strengths as team members. To maximize team communications, participants will receive guidelines for conflict resolution as well as principles for influencing others.

- Participants plan a communication they want to present to their team. During the program, participants will present their individualized communication plan to another workshop member.
