Performance Management

Audience: 
Managers who manage the performance of their direct reports and conduct performance appraisals. 

Overview:
In this one-day program, participants learn how to have more courage and confidence to say what needs to be said to those they manage. They receive techniques and models for giving candid feedback that create the behaviors they want. They learn how to create goodwill when they speak up, rather than resentment. 

Participants immediately practice their newly gained knowledge on personal, real-live performance management situations. They receive feedback from the consultant about what they’re doing well and what they can do even more effectively.
